Customer Service Manager CSM0212 We are now seeking applications for the permanent post of Customer Service Manager.
This will be a key management role, suitable for a professional individual with experience in establishing and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Research, develop and communicate a thorough understanding of individual customer needs and expectations
2.Help build and maintain close customer relations which maximise value at every possible opportunity
3.Take personal ownership of customer service queries where required, ensuring provision of an excellent service standard
4.Co-ordinate the investigation of customer escalations, ensuring that the customer is kept informed throughout the process.
5.Gain an in-depth understanding of all aspects of our business through excellent internal partnerships and apply this knowledge to everyday dealings with our customers
6.Use customer, brand and product knowledge to actively support the new product development process
The successful candidate will have:
1.A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service management role, to include acting as main point of contact for key account representatives
2.A thorough working knowledge of customer service standards and systems
3.A 3rd level qualification in a business-related discipline
The following experience and knowledge is desirable:
1.A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service management role within the food/beverages industry
2.A working knowledge of a food/drinks manufacturing process
3.Experience of having successfully established and led the implementation of a customer service framework.
Normal working hours will be Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm; however the post holder will be required to be flexible in terms of working hours to meet business needs.
